Wonderful
Location was perfect. Some uber and taxis cannot come to the door. William was of great service!! Such a nice man and hard worker.
The restaurant next door was an another story. The waiter asked us if we wanted water. We told him still water and used bottle water to pour and charges for it. The other people had water from the tap which we thought we were getting. We chose to leave. Waiter was unbelievably rude to my wife

Location! Ambiance. Historical feel of the place. And most of all the breakfast!! And the staff was so helpful. Held our bags while we went to Zacopane for 3 nights!
My husband got food poisoning in Old Town so that put a damper on his stay. Would def come back again tho.

Spacious beautifully decorated room. Modern bathroom with a comfortable tub. Friendly accommodating staff.
Breakfast was okay, not memorable. The breakfast buffet looked picked over our third day.

We stayed at the Hotel Polski for 5 nights. The location was perfect...right in the old town, but on a more quiet street. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom was modern and clean. There were many delicious choices for breakfast, and two self-serve coffee machines. Never a wait for more coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing we didn't like was that the room was a little small. But, we managed just fine by storing some of our things on the shelves next to our closet.

LOCATION! Close to everything, but tucked around a quiet corner of old town. Breakfast was a great value. Bed was big and comfy - great pillows. LOVED having a bathtub.
Room very small. Window looked at a wall. Mildew in shower. Tattered towels.

Location is within walking distance to the train station and close to the old city square and sightseeing. Good value for the money. Breakfast had many varieties. The room decor is spectacular and overlooking the wall of the old city.
The Wi-Fi is bad and bathroom including the shower is small.

Wonderful
Location was excellent in the heart of the old city, with short walking distance to most of the highlights of Krakow. The breakfast was superb. The staff were very friendly and extended helping hands whenever we needed it. Overall, a very good and enjoyable stay, which made our family's vacation a memorable one.

People who stay at the nearby hostel can be noisy at night.
