The hotel is ideally situated in a convenient location. The rooms were perfectly acceptable and well-equipped for a short stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We appreciated the many nearby restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Access to both the castle and the main center was easy.

Great location, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
Some repairs to the building started just outside our bedroom window just about 7 am, when I mentioned it to the front desk they looked unimpressed and said it was not within their control. Potentially true, but still not impressive in a hotel. Some of the staff never looked up from the desk like they could not be bothered..

It's a three star hotel, and for what it's worth, it's fine. The staff is very pleasant, the room service is regular. There is a lovely terrace on the ground floor with several tables. The breakfast is ok, there is some variety and rotation.
The hotel is a bit old. The rooms are quite small and they have no air conditioners. We had a small fan in our room, but it was not sufficient.
I believe there are two types of rooms: the ones facing the street and the ones facing the inner area. The former are very noisy, since there is a large party area close by. The problem is you cannot close the windows because it will be too hot inside. The rooms facing the inner area are likely quieter.
Overall, the best use for the hotel, at least in summer, is to come late and sleep.

The location is near old , but it’s not near any bus station.
The staff are not friendly. The hotel is very old and the sheets and towels were dirty. It was humid and they didn’t have an AC nor a good fan. Also we were three and asked for an extra bed and they provided us with two chair instead of a bed

Location! Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Great, helpful staff. Bag breakfast to take with us due to 2 mornings of early departures. Hot water with good pressure in the shower. There was ample storage for clothing. There was a fan. There is a breakfast every morning.
No shelf in the bathroom, no outlet by bed for my husband's cpap, loud outside when the window was open, which made for a warm night, as no a/c. Thankful for the fan.

There was so much to like... not just the great location, but the comfort of the room, ample breakfast, helpful staff. We enjoyed the balcony off the room and the complimentary drink upon arrival.
