The property was very clean and well decorated! There was a warm feeling to the building. The bathroom was lovely in our room as well! The beds were extremely comfy. The hotel also booked both our tours we went on which was extremely helpful and was a very easy process for us! Staff were extremely friendly as well! If we are back in krakow I will defiantly be staying again.
These are only little things, we had no milk for our tea in the morning and the tea bags did not get replaced. I also asked the hotel to prepare something in the room for my partners birthday however this was not done.

Lovely building and decor. Good location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff
My room was not properly stocked and was not cleaned properly during my stay. Just changed one of teje towels which was fine, but didnt make the bed or replace used glasses.

This is a really wonderful hotel in the heart of the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Our room was lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were great. And the location is ideal for getting on the tram to visit the Old Town.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff took exceptional care of us , from before we got to the hotel, while we were there took amazing care of us , and even took care while leaving with a ride back to the airport.

The location is exceptional, with easy public transport links to anywhere. The staff are excellent and very hospitable, and the breakfast was good. It was our second time at The Rubinstein, and we hope to be back!
There was a slight odour in the bathroom, same as when we stayed a few months ago.
