Location and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Rooms weren't brilliant even though we were in a superior room. Breakfast average. Had a small bath with a hand held shower over it. Some rooms were on the side where the trams ran which went on after 11 at night and started again at 5 in the morning made it noisy. 1 of our rooms had a heating problem couldn't turn it off they never solved the problem whilst we were there.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the old Kazimierz district of Kraków. Spacious room with comfy bed and furnished with great taste. The restaurant serves delicious food both during the day and evening as well as delicious breakfasts.
No shampoo or shower gel were provided. Both the basin and the shower were equipped with liquid hand soap. I used my own.

Atmospheric area of Krakow, really friendly , professional and helpful staff, a constantly changing and very tasty breakfast, a great roof top bar. Comfortable and cosy room.

Fantastic location. Staff were wonderful especially Julia in the hotel bar and the lovely gentleman also in the bar in the evenings .. always happy to chat and go above and beyond. Room spacious and clean. Restaurant well worth eating in and wonderful breakfast. Communication excellent and hotel arranged airport pick up and return. Highly recommend hotel. Only disappointment was not being able to make use of the sky bar due to snow. Certainly not the hotels fault although if they had umbrellas or gazebo of some sort we would have definitely sat up there with the heaters on
