Best location, next to the main square, huge room with terrace, antique building with wonderful decor, tasty breakfast.
Bath room should have shelves for cosmetics and hangers for towels.

The location was great as it is near the main square but not directly on it. We had a lovely big double room which was quiet and at the end of the corridor. The staff in the hotel are all absolutely brilliant (especially reception staff and room cleaning staff), nothing is too much trouble for them. We were there as a couple for a birthday celebration and our time at Hotel Stary exceeded all of our expectations. We loved it! The spa is excellent and we went there every day, one time we had the pool to ourselves. We didnt book for breakfast as we dont normally eat a big breakfast but we did go to the terrace on the 5th floor and have a coffee which was lovely in the nice weather and has a great view. The sky bar is quite busy if you prefer more of a social area, we were happier with the quieter terrace. The highlight of the hotel though is definitely the staff, cannot compliment them enough for looking after us so well.

The location is fantastic, situated right next to the main square with lots of great things to do within walking distance. Shout-out to the staff who were really helpful

Beautiful decor in the rooms. Lovely staff. Excellent restaurant with great food. Location very accessible to the square. Good breakfasts. Loved the mix of old and new architecture. Would come back again.
A little noisy at nights. British lads with too much alcohol on board.

Stunning interiors and a beautiful grotto pool and spa. Excellent massages, and really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location simply cannot be beat.

Liked the location of the hotel, loved the style and feel of the hotel also. We advised that we were arriving in the early hours of the morning and a member of staff was there to greet us outside the hotel

Possibly one of the best hotels i have stayed in, i would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the facilities were superb, the roof top bar was well stocked and over looked the Old Town main square.

Hotel was ideally located next to the main square with valet parking. Facilities were lovely, we had a couples massage in the spa which was very relaxing. Breakfast was well presented with lots of choice and the staff were friendly and efficient. We will stay again when
Only issue we had was the lack of a kettle in the room.
