Amazing hotel. Incredible location in the heart of the beautiful old town district. Really helpful staff, very good breakfast included in the price and delightful murals in the public areas. Absolutely loved it and will certainly be returning.

Everything was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful especially Tomek & Daniel. Breakfast was superb and the room was very comfortable. We could not have picked a better hotel - the location was near to Rynek and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Krakow.
Nothing can be improved.

Hotel is excellent location to old town, just a short walk to the main square and 15mins to Jewish quarter. Lovely shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK, plenty of cold salad type food if you like that. only hot food was fried and scrambled eggs with smoked sausage. Small selection of bread and cereal, they also had a coffee machine.
The hotel is nice but carpets could definitely do with a good cleaning and there was a huge cobweb in the reception area which was there for days. Beds very low but OK.

Bed was not very comfortable, the breakfast area was tight and my room was not cleaned unless unless a "clean my room" notice was hung on the door handle

Great location for the the Square and easy walking for the Jewish Quarter. Rooms were very spacious and clean. A large selection for breakfast and was very nice. The staff were very helpful. We would stay again when we return.

What a wonderful hotel! It was just one block from the activity on Grodzka Street, yet it was peaceful and quiet. It was also beautiful, with the marble staircases and scenes painted on the walls. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the friendly staff were very helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
This is so minor, but even though there is a lovely Orangerie with a tea and coffee maker, I would have liked to have a teakettle in the room for when I was wearing my pajamas.

Location in center of Krakow. Staff was courteous and professional.
Beds were very low to the floor making it hard to get out. Breakfast was rather pedestrian and lacking in fruit other than fruit salad.

It was very clean, close to all imenities . Extremely helpful staff, always on hand to help you with your questions, directions and transportation to wherever They went out of their way to help you. Quirky, quite a small hotel over looking a small courtyard with a fountain. This then lead onto a small restaurant, which did nice food and drinks. The hotel restaurant was only open at weekend. Except for a scrumptious, well presented breakfast. The city is fabulous, so much to see and do. Plus the hotel went beyond our expectations. Would I stay here again yes yes yes
The Wi-Fi keep going off so had to ask for new passwords. It would be nice to explain the bedroom cleaning and which sign is for what?? Although there is a coffee room which is free, lots of coffee hot chocolate and tea, I wish I could make in my room
