Room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

I like this hotel , but my window was unfortunately at the street and across from the nightclub
It was extremely loud at night. Across from my window there was a bar or a club , a lot of noise throughout the night

Lovely central location, staff really helpful, had booked a double but was given the most enormous room!, good choice at breakfast and the hotel made us a lovely breakfast box one morning as we had a really early start.
Could hear some noise from the street as people were leaving the bars but only on the Sat night

The location to old town was excellent
Room was very small, bed was hard as a rock, needs an update in the rooms , breakfast had no eggs just precooked pastries that were cold , poor lighting in bathroom no ventilation fan working , door knob coming off the door , no one to deliver luggage to 4th door as there was no elevator

Loved everything about this property from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Right in the heart of old town.

Location and staff were excellent.
Terrible wifi and dated interior. A/C was loud and struggled to keep room cool. No irons in the room. One iron for the entire hotel that you had to get at the front desk.

Very good place with great location.
Not the luxery, but all what we need for sleeping.
Also the breakfast were good, even if it wasnt anyting special.

Breakfast was amazing, decorum, quality of food and presentation, and variety were beyond what I could have ever expected. Absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and professional

Our trip included 7 cities and Krakow was the last three nights. This hotel was the best option we booked. Clean, comfortable, good location, very spacious room, friendly front desk representative, good breakfast and walking distance to the main attractions in the historical area of Krakow.

Location was superb. 5 minute walk to the centre and great transportation links all around.

Perfect walking distance into the old town and the hotel was down a quiet street, so I slept very well. The lady at the desk was lovely and very helpful! The shower had to be one of my favourite things, great pressure and hot!

The staff could not have been more helpful. Location is great and the room was amazing. We were upgraded to an apartment. Simply amazing. Did not dissapoint
