Clean room. Bed comfortable
There is no outlet on one side of the bed. Air condition was working when we arrived but never after the first few hours. We stayed two nights. All our guests complained the rooms were hot and couldn't sleep.

The location is very good, close by the train station and the bus station. There is a bus/tram stop just outside.
Rooms are clean, big enough for 2 people. And we had a great breakfast. Also, on our last day, we had the possibility to exchange our breakfast for a lunch pack. Very handy!

The location is great, just a short walk to Krakow central railway station and the old town. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows could be better. The room temperature and ventilation was great,
Was very disappointed that the hair dryer didn't work, and also disappointed that I couldn't make a cup of tea because the kettle in the room didn't work.

Nice breakfast, comfy bed, water dispensers on every floor, which is amazing.
Single bed in the room could have been a bit longer for the comfort.

Well located, to a walking distance from the train station.
Eventually front desk crew could be a little bit friendly with hosts, to provide suggestions of transportation, maps, etc. They do not volunteer at all, it's like a little bit robotic service.
