it was very cozy, clean and not that dar from city center. it was very secure, with reception guarded 24/7, codes gates to the property, underground parking behind 2 separate gates.
the bed was too soft to our liking, but that is personal preference, so its not a bad thing, just a thing to consider.

Very Good
Great location to walk to the Wawel Castle along the river, or to take a tram into Old Town and main train station. Shindler's Emalia Factory and Museum is round the corner, together with the Modern Arts Museum. Lots of cafeteria and a couple of restaurants around. There is one ZABKA shop with essential food and items in the same residence and two more in the immediate vicinity. And a beautufil garden inside the residence.
There was nothing that we did not like.

Very good location, nice and professional host explaining all necessary details, including access, keys, location and parking. Nice view and location (despite the train noise, specially during the night). Easy to use public transport. Apartment equipped with all kitchen and bath items. Lot of restaurants and different services around - everybody can find something interesting.
Too short stay to find bigger issues (maybe a little bit noisy due to location just close to train station).

very modern, clean and well equipped. plenty of room, comfortable and good location. near lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. the staff were brilliant and so helpful. clean towels 3x on a 7 day stay.

A great option for a family. Excellent location. You can order a parking space in the underground garage. Great patio. The hosts help with everything. Only positive emotions remained.
