good internet connection very good breakfast super friendly staff
beds are terrible, very soft and we got backpain starting the first day sauna area smells bad, something is wrong with sewege system I guess,probably this is the reason why almost always its empty, about 99p chance you will be there alone

The hotel is modern, and clean. The location of the hotel in regards to access to public transport is great. Rooms are quiet and large.
Although not unbearable, the beds where uncomfortable. The temperature in Krakow was a little high, and the air conditioning had little effect on the temperature of the room.

The chairs in the room were not clean and there were stains on the sofa. The organisation in the restaurant was not good and the restaurant is too small with too many people at the same time. There is a stinky air in the sauna and there are too little resting places.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The room had an iron, kettle, water. Delicious and varied breakfast. Friendly staff
There was a peculiarity that in our room there were food smells in the bathroom. On Sunday at breakfast there was a situation: we have a family of 4 people. when we came for breakfast, there were no free tables for 4, and at tables for 4 people, there were pairs of 2 people sitting. We had to wait for a place to become available. I think that this situation could be improved if the waiters themselves seated people at tables according to the number of people

Spacious room with separate seating area and kitchenette. Plenty of storage. Good breakfast, including a generous breakfast bag when we had to leave early for an excursion. Excellent position opposite Ghetto Square and near a station where you could get trains to the salt mines and to the airport.
Sometimes there were long queues at reception.
