Major Hotel is conveniently located near Balice Airport, route E77 and only 2.5 miles from the historic quarter of Krakow. Rooms are modern, spacious, functional, and decorated with cheerful colors. Very Poor
The location was nice. Transportation to the City Center was very convenient
Heating in the room was bad. There is no air conditioning, the beds were very uncomfortable and the springs were constantly sinking. The shower stall door wasn't closing properly. Also, they did not send an invoice even though I requested it many times and registered with Booking.com.

Hotel is close to the highway. The receptionist was very friendly. Rooms was comfortable. Parking is large and free. Breakfast was good. Very close is a bus station with direct connection to the city center.
Receptionist arrived only in the afternoon.

Wonderful
Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.

Nothing it was terrible
it was disgusting, bed was destroyed and had a hole in it and both beds had springs sticking out and were hurting us, and i ordered a room with a double bed and got two separate beds, when i called the man he just said it was the only option, so why was there an option to choose a room with a double bed

Very Poor
Despite alleged 24h front desk, a family of 2 pensioners and a teenager found a locked door at 2.15am after a delayed flight and a 10h long yourney. Tried to ring the emergency contacts without luck. This all resulted in a lot of stress caused by being stranded in an unknown city in the middle of the night trying to desperately look for another place to stay, which took another 1.5h.No explanation or apology received afterwards. Extremely disappointed!!

Convenient location, not far from station by taxi
Very poor cleaning; no body at the reception for the whole stay. No amenities. No hairdryer either and no one to ask for it

No thing
We didn't like Everything there .. exactly when I had a problem and I called them at 01:15 to help and solved it, the answer was "good night and goodbye ' I think it was the security man who answered us. The problem was that is the room wasn't clean and there was bedbugs on the bed so we can't sleep there of course.. and the price was so expansive for a room like that. And the room wasn't that same as the photos!!

The free parking in front of the hotel.
Tle location is far from the city center. The shower cabin is unreasonable small, the double bed is far from double, the cleanness is poor. There is no AC in the room, nor a mosquito net at the window, so either you are very hot or you end up getting bitten by mosquitoes.
