superb hotel, near river Wisla bank walking distance to city center and castle. very nice view from terrace on river. Dog friendly hotel.

The location was fine. 20 minutes walking to the city center.
The restaurant service (only in the evening) is a plus. The only thing worth of 5 stars.
Breakfast is of good choice for this 3-star hotel ( that by some accident states rating of 5).
Hotel has its great years far behind. Air condition is A DISASTER. Central conditioning without possibility to change the temperature. You have to ask front desk to complete switch off. But this is not guaranteed. Some rooms might be happy, some not. Russian (polish) roulette. Looks like it depends also whom do you run into at front desk. If it is an Ukrainian guy, just pray. It becomes not a roulette, it is a slot machine with such odds.
Look, we travel a lot. This aint a 5 nor 4 star hotel.
Fitness room nor massage center nor view on the river (which is not nice at all) does not make 3 star hotel 5.
Overally, everybody got sick from air condition. Not only from our party.
Shame. Never again.

the location was great, the river view outside the window was amazing, the staff was friendly, the restaurant at the hotel was also top-notch, there was also a spa at the hotel, the room was very quiet
the AC was old and difficult to adjust, there was no spare blanket in the closet so it was cold at night, there was no soap holder, there were no toothbrush and toothpaste, the TV was very small for a five-star hotel

Restaurant is in 3rd floor with superb view of Wawel.
Unfortunately, some rooms are directed to hte busy street with trams which can get pretty noisy.
