Room preparation and size, even the towels were missing. The price for the parking is so overpriced and you will pay for the whole day even if you use a couple of hours.

Superb location for exploring Krakow, excellent price. Great facilities overall, breakfast was plentiful for a family with young children

Breakfast was delightful for the whole family, the location close to the city centre and the river was useful, the garage where to park the car was also extremely convenient.
As already mentioned, the fact that the wifi was not accessible to my prefesional laptop was a real issue as I could not work from the room.

Great facilities, staff very accommodating, and close to old town. Used the gym
I was disappointed there was no bacon for breakfast but if that is the worst I can say about the hotel then you can tell it was good.

The breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel, next to the river and the castle is very handy, in 10 minutes walking you are downtown.
Again with Novotel the internet connection was so weak that I could not enter my VPN and connect my professional laptop. The staff could not offer me an alternative solution and I virtually lost 2 days of work during my 4-day stay. Next time I will re-consider whether I take a room at a Novotel hotel.

Awesome location. Great breakfast. Lovely pool and gym facilities. Working air conditioner.
The room was ok, yet not superb. 7 out of 10 is still a great score, and one might argue that if one wants superb, one should upgrade the room to a more expensive one.
My feedback anyway:
- we kindly asked for a room with a view, yet didn't get one
- Traveling with a kid one would expect some small stuff waiting in the room, either a towel animal-shaped, or colourful pencils and drawings, or a sweet welcome mini-treat for a kid.

Plenty of choice /freshly topped up buffet especially liked fruit smoothies easy relaxing reception with free tea and cold water on each landing
Bar prices a bit high traveled with children/ couldn’t keep up /there for had to buy shop supplies

This was our first trip to Poland, but hopefully not our last. The staff at the Novotel were just great. Always helpfull and polite. Our stay was all the much better by staying at The Novotel.
About the hotel? Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Disappointing
location
carpet was very dusty, bathroom remained smelly around the toilet, even after ceaning. Breakfast was very expensive but poor quality. We chose the hotel because of the swimming pool and jakuzzi but were unable to use them because it was very crowded.
