Very good breakfast , however, it was quite expensive.
Small room. and sofa mattress was not in good quality.

The location right by the river was very pleasant. It was easy to use the river pathway to get to many places in the city, such as Wawel Castle and the Jewish quarter.
Plus it was an easy walk to the main square as well.
They could have done a better job of replenishing breakfast food options. Much more variety if you got down early.

We had a truly marvelous stay. The hospitality was warm and attentive, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The swimming pool and sauna were wonderful additions that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.
There was a minor issue with our AC the first night, but it was resolved quickly and with great care, which only added to our appreciation of the excellent service. Overall, everything exceeded our expectation

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Kraków Centrum during our family trip and vacation. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk from Wawel Castle, the Vistula riverfront, and within easy reach of Kraków’s Old Town. It made exploring the city simple and enjoyable.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family. The hotel has great amenities, including a pool and wellness area, which gave us a nice way to relax after sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone in the family.
The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite deep (2.1 meters), so better suited for confident swimmers rather than small children. There’s also a jacuzzi, but it was more of a small tub with cool water rather than the warm relaxing spa we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Krakow! It is located just a short walk from the city center, which made it perfect for exploring the beautiful old town. The hotel itself is very modern, stylish, and spotless clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it’s a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow!

The location was good.
There was absolutely zero air conditioning in the room. I complained to the front desk and the manager.. they sent up the repair guy multiple times. The temperature in the room was around 80 during the day and it went to about 75 at night.

Ground floor sitting spaces are spacious, this allows guests to socialize.
Availability of a la carte menus, so one can eat at any time.
One member of staff was rude.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! What stood out the most was the delicious food—every meal was flavorful and satisfying. The meal times were very convenient, making it easy to enjoy without feeling rushed.
The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, which made everything even more enjoyable. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always professional.
My room was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.
