Location is great. Near the most attraction in old city, near the train station. There is a great breakfast, every morning is something new in menu. And finally the staff is excellent. They are very polite and helpful. We have arrived in the morning at 9 a.m. and asked for early check in. The lady on reception as soon as first room was empty did her best and room was ready for us at 10a.m. They gave us good and useful recommendation.

We were in the penthouse apartment. We are a family with 2 children.
Very spacious apartment, has everything for a perfect trip. Perfect location, the best it can be to enjoy Krakow. Highly recommended.
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning only on the second floor.
You have to climb 2 flights of stairs, but that is known in advance.
It is better to put more opaque blinds in the upstairs bedroom. But all of this is really negligible compared to the benefits.

Loved staying in an old hotel like this with so much history! My room was great, the bathroom was massive. The staff were incredibly kind. The highlight was definitely being able to checkin early at 11am so I could explore the city all day!

Apart of the modern bathroom, the rest is quite old style, in particular the furniture and walkpaper - for those who like it.
But it’s excellently located, staff was very nice and helpful and it’s great value for a money ;)

Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the main square in the Old Town, but far enough away to not hear the noise. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. I had an early morning tour one day that left before breakfast started and they were kind enough to organise a take-away breakfast for me which was lovely! Breakfast food, very good and the room and hotel in general was meticulously clean.
The single accommodation room literally looks like a repurposed cupboard, once inside the room is a decent size, a couple of negatives, the curtains didn't fully cover the window, it was only the second night I worked out how to position them to ensure maximum privacy. The bathroom was very small, a vanity size basin with a shelf immediately above and a small shower.

Great stay, excellent location. Staff were friendly and efficient.
We missed the breakfast on the day of our trip to Auschwitz, but Margaret arranged a takeaway breakfast for us to take on our trip.
We will definitely return in the future.
