First and foremost, the people were amazing they went above and beyond. The food was excellent, and the location was exceptional!!
The only thing that I would change will be softer pillows, but that is just a personal preference

Beautiful room. It was very nice and big. The breakfast had a great choice. This was close to the old town. We had a parking space in their courtyard. Which was convenient

Best location 5 min walk from main square (restaurants, shops). Superb breakfast with fresh well prepared and presented products of high quality. Great coffee. Excellent WiFi in room. Recently renovated spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Extremely clean and well cared for room with kettle to make tea / coffee. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke English and went out of their way to help us solve problems we encountered (with unreliable tour operators that we had booked). Its price deal was excellent. It turned out to be the best value for money hotel.

Gracious, loved the style of the hotel and the beautiful stained glass windows going up the lovely staircase.
Staff were helpful, breakfast was good. We were able to leave our car in enclosed hotel area. Location was perfect.
Nothing, you would have to be very picky to find fault.
