Great location, nice rooms and very helpful staff
Pre-prepared breakfeast boxes, not really fresh, but great for take away.
We did not find tea and coffee in the sahred kittchen

Room looked nice and clean
I was so disappointed with the breakfast, but it's my fault that I didn't check how it was...I wouldn't even propose it as an option to guests, don't take it, just go to a bakery or zabka and you will have a better experience.

Position and price were amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. It has a common kitchen for each floor.
We've been there for 6 days, they only give one towel per person and they have never changed it while we were there. Plus, if you want more towels you have to pay extra. They don't supply any toiletry like shower gel or shampoo. We also paid extra for the breakfast but is was nothing special: it was a lunchbox with a sandwich, a bottle of water, a cookie and an apple. While it was very filling, the breakfast never changed during the 6 days we were there and it was getting boring after a while.

It was in front of the tram. Good public transportation. Close to city center.
The blankets were stained. There was a "wet" smell in the room. Hard to get a parking spot around.

I’d say, it was alright, but next time we try to find something else. Room was nice, but not as new as it seems in the pics. Shower is the same.
Location is good.
Towels and shampoos/gel were not provided by default, we asked for them at the desk. The towels smelled bad and one of them looked even dirty with black stains.
Window was broken and did not close completely, fortunately it was warm outside.

Wonderful
Good location 30 minutes walking from the city center. Easy check in and check out. Towels and hairdryer were provided. There is a kitchen with the fridge on the floor if needed.
Walls looked a bit dirty. And isolation is not so good, so you can hear your neighbors.
