Qubus Kraków Hotel is located in a quiet, yet central area of Kraków, next to the Vistula River. It features a swimming pool and a hot tub located on the top floor with impressive views of the city. Disappointing
The view, the pool, the breakfast
Qubus used to be my go to hotel any time I'm in Krakow starting 3 years ago when the price of a room was around 60 dollars a night. I always appreciated its location, amenities such as pool and gym and amazing breakfast. But my most recent stay in July wasn't so pleasant. The rooms maintenance seem to be deteriorating over years. AC didn't work properly so we had to sleep with open windows. And in the morning we were woken up by some roof repairmen taking loudly and using tools. At breakfast the attendant gave me regular beard (I'm celiac and gluten intolerant) even tho I asked him several times if he's sure (if you guys do this with gluten allergy person you'll be in trouble). In any case, I can no longer justify 150 eur per night, and hope this hotel will make a change.

The hotel was excellent. The location was great and very close to the city center by taxi or bus. I loved the pool in the hotel and the view of the river was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel had many facilities you can use such as pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow for the first time.

I did not had the opportunity to use the pool. But my room was at the 7th floor and I had a great view of the river. Air condition was struggling to keep the room cooler though. So, the hotel staff sent a tech up and later provided a fan, which worked out just fine. The outside breeze kept all under control too. Continental breakfast was great.
To be honest, I do not have complains to share.

I stay here every time I am in Krakow. After working at the Auschwitz Museum for a day or two, this is my happy place. I love the pool and watching the sunset over Krakow. My favorite French restaurant is just down the promenade to the walkover bridge to the Kazimierz.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was more corporate than I would ideally like, but clean with pleasant staff. We had to stay an extra night (flight cancelled) and the room we had then was less nice (twin beds rather than double, one was a bit uncomfortable and very loud neighbours - not hotels fault).

Qubus personnel is always friendly and very helpful. One other thing that sets Qubus apart from other hotels is an outstanding breakfast - even Sheraton fades in comparison. Breakfasts at Qubus are just phenomenal, with a rich choice of delicious pastries, cold meats, cheeses, hot items, and always some homemade items. Their restaurant offers excellent quality and service as well. Additionally, they offer their own river cruise seasonally.

It's our second stay. As usual great service, clean room with everything you need, comfy bed and pillows and access to the swimming pool and spa is amazing. Special attention is on breakfast and the restaurant in general. Amazing quality of the food and variety. If we go to Krakow it is always Qubus !
All was great. We had an issue with the room neighbours who were quite loud even during the day, so the hotel supported us in moving to another room and we had a quiet evening and night. Amazing service and help.

All the staff, from front desk, restaurant, bar and cleaning staff were universally helpful. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you. Location great for Schindlers Factory. Breakfast very good. As was the restaurant. The menu was not extensive but we ate there on 3 occasions and each time the food was lovely.
Very little. Only minor observation is could do with a few more beds at the pool.
