The location is one minute from the mall so you don’t even have to take your coat! The breakfast was amazing! The best we ate in Europe, full of vegetables and fresh baking and they even make some egg salad that was great!

the room was very small, with a view on next building wall- not what I expected after booking where I saw the pictures of the room I booked.

Excellent Hotel second time of staying here after last years visit to Krakow. Breakfast was good every day with good variety and choice. Room was good, clean and spacious and like the little gift left as well. Great choice at the bar as well couldn't fault the hotel. Will be booking again for next year.
Don't think there is much to improve to be honest.

It was perfect, the hotel, the location, the room, the food.
Only that a guy at the reception told us that taxis outside are expensive, it's better to order through the hotel,
and it was 3 times more expensive,
through the Bolt app the prices are very correct,
that's the most annoying thing,
because everything else was just great

Good location, clean room, quiet, helpful staff.
That the bar added a service charge onto our bill, I think it’s a bit rude when you’re staying at the hotel and not just walk in guests. Nowhere else in the city we visited did this. Cleaner just walked in our room on our departure day before it was check out time and with a sign saying do not disturb was on the door.

The location of the Hotel is Excellent right next to the Train station and Mall. Breakfast was okay not that great. Take the room with view of the backside Area. It Snowed which made it more magical

Room very spacious and immaculately clean
Lovely self service restaurant and Breakfast had lots of variety and quantity
All staff were really pleasant and friendly
The hotel is right next to the station , tram stops and taxi rank outside to get about
