The hotel is on a good spot, near the train station and the old town. You can enjoy the breakfast in the garden, which is very nice. The hotel has also a friendly atmosphere. Helpfull staff. We had a balcony at he back, viewing the garden. We enjoyed our stay.
The room was a bit small and a bit outdated. You could hear the elevator. Also the renovations were quite noisy. The curtan was a bit too small.

my parking space was reserved with my name on it; lovely garden to sit in for breakfast; close to all amenities; staff went out of their way to help; room and the whole hotel was clean and comfortable.

breakfast was excellent and a great location in garden
we had the smallest room we ever experienced in our travelling lives (214) but asked for a move on day 3 and were facilitated very graciously.

The Hotel was really,really bad.
The beds were like a brick the bathroom and the bedding was grey.
We want our money back. This Hotel is more like a hostel. Trying to come out the front door of the building. We nearly got run over be a oncoming tram.
We had to book into a different hotel. And paid again.
We have asked for our money back from booking.com. Who have not responded. Dont use booking.com either… still waiting for a refund

Lovely clean hotel. Perfect situated for a quiet stay but close enough to walk to the market square
Workmen working on my balcony all day, curtains didnt close proply
So felt really uncomfortable trying to get ready. Felt like i had no privacy

A fairly good location for us, midway between the town square and the railway station.
Rooms reasonably equipped with tea making facilities and a TV with a couple of English news channels (even though the TV in one of our rooms was not working it was fixed the next day).
There is a refillable water bottle with a machine to re-fill on each floor.
Bathrooms are small but really clean and showers are hot with loads of water pressure.
The breakfast is well worth the additional 9 pounds.
We booked 2 rooms of the same class and costing the same amount on a single booking through Booking.com but they were totally different.
One was what you would expect (room 311) with a couple of bedside cabinets, a large cabinet against the wall with kettle etc and room to walk around comfortably.
The other room (room 414) was ridiculously small in comparison. It was so small there was only room for a single bedside cabinet. It was also impossible to have my suitcase open on the floor while still being able to open the bathroom door.
Also the plug sockets were actually where your head would be in bed.
The rooms do not have a safe which is something you now expect all hotel rooms to have.

Breakfast was great, location was Ok, not very close to train station, but with with bus stop nearby. I would go back. And it was very nice from the staff preparing breakfast for us taking early morning, when we had to leave for airport.
Nothing to complain .
