The receptionist vas very helpful and friendly, she helped us with everything we needed, even took me to the restaurant to ask if we could get dinner as a take away as we were tired after we drove for over 6 hrs to Poland. The waiter in the restaurant I think his name was Martin was very helpful and friendly as well. The food was great, one of the best burgers I ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect as well as we were staying just one night before our flight back home, close to the airport enough.
There was a possibility to make a cup of tea of coffee in the room, also fringe was provided in the bedroom. There are toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom.
Also there in a vending machine at the reception. This hotel provides everything you need.
Big benefit is also parking for free for the hotel guests.
This was great stay for such a great money.
There was nothing wrong in there I would just personally preferred if there would be milk for the coffee.

There's good facilities, kind receptionist, besides 1 minute from train stop and 2 stops from the airport, especially it's important for early morning flights.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times when traveling from Krakow airport, and it’s always a good experience. Very close to the airport (8 min drive), plenty of parking spots, friendly staff, and comfortable beds and rooms overall. Will definitely stay again.
This time the guests who stayed in a room next to ours played loud music and clearly had some party going on until late at night. Sounds travel between the rooms too easily :( However, on my previous stays there was no problem at all with noise.
