Definitely one of the best value-for-money options in town. Great location and free parking. The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet at night, and even though the facility is a bit outdated, every corner of the room was spotlessly clean.
Beds were uncomfortable.

Exceptional
A very cozy hotel with its exceptional vibe. Smooth check in. Spacious fenced parking. 500 m away there is a park. Public transport stops are next to the park. The room is spacious, it has a nice and large bathroom and high ceiling. Cleanliness, comfort. Breakfast was very delicious and varied. One can grab a water bottle at the reception which was a positive surprise. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to keep our food in the fridge and car at the parking after the check-out hours. In the evening the receptionist allowed to use their kitchen microwave to warm up our food. There is also a gym one can use from 8-22.
Everything was wonderful, nothing to complain about.

Ordering Superior apartment for 2 adults + 2 kids, but beds and bed linen is provided only for 3 persons. The staff says that youngest child is for free. It doesnt matter free or not, but when hotel confirms reservation - they see how many people will come for stay and they must prepare room. In the morning we had to wait half an hour for table in breakfast. Receptionist no solution provided. And finally we got breakfast just in reception on sofa with small table.

Receptionist was very rude. We had second time in few days at this hotel, but nothing changed - room was not prepared for our comfort stay. Superior apartment - just for 3 persons prepared again. Receptionist was arguing for room preparation. For example we had another reservation in our trip on these days in other hotel with Superior double with sofa - was prepared fully for our group with 4 bed linen and so on. It seems that was the last time in this hotel. Doesn't recommend hotel with bad communication with receptionist.

Location was nice
I found a molded pack of cheese and meat in the table drawer that definitely was there for quite a while ( it was molded, dry and smelly). For me that is a serious concern about room cleanliness, if they haven't open drawer to check .Maybe the cleaning ppl sometimes forget/don't to clean smth else?
The bed was not comfortable.
Aslo, there was a cover on the matress to prevent liquids leacking to it, and with that cover you feel like you are sleeping on a harsh plastick cover, which felt noisy and not comfortable at all

Thin walls and doors - we’ve been able to hear all the sounds from other rooms almost like it’s all been happening in ours. Hard to have a good sleep because of that

The noise of the pipes of the other rooms, like bathroom or their WC.

Wonderful
Very cozy place located in a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very kind.
The beds could be more comfortable, they need updating. A bit far to get to places in the city, taxis take a long time for pick up. No elevator is kind of a hazzle, especially if the room is on the 4th floor and have a lot of luggage
