The location was really peaceful in the middle of middle-class suburban area. The breakfast was amazing and it was brought to the room in the morning by staff.
The parking area was pretty narrow with a van.

You can make tea or coffee inside your room, everything is provided for that.
Far from center, no public transportation nearby, bathroom should be fixed a little.

Really nice small hotel, and very quiet and peaceful place to stay, the room has everything you need, the owner is a very nice and good man.
They even bring fresh breakfast to your room and you can choose yourself what time you would like breakfast. The location is also perfect and it’s a very nice area to stay. I liked it very much and when i go back to Warsaw i would love stay here again.
I want to thank the owner for the great hospitality!
Everything was perfect, the only thing i could think of that i missed in the room was a mini refrigerator, to keep my drinks cold.

Good and clean shower, and breakfest in the room.
They don’t have hot breakfest, onlr cold ones, i ordered extra large bed which they giving, but instead they gave me 3 single bed, for 1 couple,
