The apt had kitchenette was fulling stocked with everything you need to cook or warm food. a Nice little sitting area and table with chairs for dining.
The breakfast food , cleanliness and service was A+!!!
No water pressure in the bathroom. slippery tub/shower combo. No outlets for phone/computer chargers, or working lights in desk area.

The price is probably one of the cheapest you can find for what you get. Relatively easy to reach the landmarks from this place.
There were stains on the carpet right in front of the bed, that looked like some dried up vomit stain or something just spilt on the floor. The bed itself was very squeaky and quite uncomfortable, we only spent one night so it was fine, but for longer it could result in not getting good sleep. The people that stayed near us, we heard everything through the walls what they were talking, what was playing on the TV and it was quite late in the night, around 23:00-00:00.

A pretty Ok for a short stay. Location is away from the center and everything, rather quiet. The apartment is large with a kitchen and a dining zone.
It requires renovation, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Many useless boxes in the kitchen.

Clean. Kitchen. Kettle and ironing equipment. Internet was fast. Free parking.
In the middle of nowhere, very far from center. When it is dark you will not want to walk from tram to hotel as it is unpaved path through some bushes. Yes you can take a bus which is not that often passes hotel. It seems that the price also attracts people who are not very respectful and either drinking next to your windows or you can hear them through the doors. Bed was small and hard. Staff... well we saw only receptionist, other workers (not even sure they are workers) they walk around without even making a sound when they see you. At night parking is totally dark and anyone can get in to it, so I was not sure about safety. Breakfast 55 PLN per person. Sounds crazy so we just ate in the city, cheaper.

The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed. One of the few apartments in warsaw that had free parking, office desk and a well equipped kitchen.
The bed was a little too soft for us and we didn't get good sleep.

There were no additional rooms for 3 people, so we're decided not to stay and booked another hotel at the same evening and left. We've addressed our complains to the manager, but they still rejected to make a refund.

Nice environment, free parking, room was spacious and clean, nicely equiped. Good internet connection, smart tv, work desk if you come for work. A bit outside of the city centre but we knew that in advance. Check-in was quick and we were in our room within 5 minutes from arrival. Good for couple of nights stay in Warsaw, especially if you are visiting by car and you plan to visit places outside of Warsaw.
Someone mentioned in their comments paperthin walls, and they weren't exaggerating. Some kids were rough playing in their apartment (and in common space, halfway, staircase, etc.) and it felt like we were in the middle of the playground, at moments we thought that they were in the room with us. Later in the evening someone was watching sports and noise level would go up suddenly each time something interesting happened during the match... I assume it depends who you get to be your neighbor. As reception is in the different building there is no one to supervise the behavior of the guests. We stayed only one night so it didn't matter much. If it wasn't for this it would be 10/10

I would prefer to have a proper shower, rather than a shower over the
