The location was great. Convenient to take metro and paid parking was nearby for our rental car. There is a supermarket just opposite which makes it get basic necessities. Vanessa is very helpful in providing every information. The place makes you feel like your own home. All amenities are well equipped. Highly recommend to others if they are keen.
The lift is a bit old. Don't think anything can be done about it.

Cozy apartment near the city center. Grocery store, metro and bus station right close to the apartment. Kitchen with everything you might need for a short stay. Very nice hosts.
There wasn't enough space in the bathroom to store our things. Cleanliness was good but could be improved. Mattress and pillows not very comfortable.

Nice cozy apartment in city centre. Very clean.
Better locations are there in lisbon for a stroll in the night and better vibe. We stayed in Alfama and Chiado later and enjoyed it.

There was a loud event at the bar for hours until 1:30am on a Wednesday. This happened only on one of the five nights we were there. This would be our only complaint, everything else was excellent!

The subway and bus station right close to the apartment, perfect to reach the city center in few minutes. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with a nice balcony. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a short stay.
In the bathroom there was not space were to place our things, that would have been appreciated since we were a small group of friends.

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Close to metro and buses and made it simple to access the city centre. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The lady at reception who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Made our visit to Lisbon enjoyable - would stay again and recommend to friends.
Situated on a busy street and lack of noise cancellation - could hear traffic etc late into the night. The night Sporting won the league, lots of cars beeping, however not the apartments fault but can be noisy.

Extremely easy access via metro from airport: station with 100 metres and ready access to downtown. Very clean and quiet. Excellent staff, Liliana and Vanessa, very willing to help. Surprised us with a bottle of wine when they found out our trip was in celebration of our 50 anniversary.
