The hospitality of the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. We also got freebies like fruits, wines, pasteis de nata, every night when we come back to our room from our trip. The location of the hotel is also very ideal. It is only 3 minutes away from the tram and bus station. Our room was on the third floor and was beside a restaurant but it didn't bother us. We only noticed it when we open the fire exit door.
It has no elevator but the staff helped us with our luggages

Good location, good breakfast
Bed was too hard and the mattress was encased in a crackly mattress pad. The bathroom smelled of mold but was otherwise clean.

This is the nicest hotel Ive stayed in for a long time - right in the middle of principle Real in a beautiful old building - room 4 is an amazing suite with gorgeous blue Lisbon tiles! Lots of natural light, high ceilings and lots of space. The staff were incredible and friendly - big shout out to Joao who waited to check me in after my flight was delayed, and shared complimentary drinks ! Great location serviced well by taxis and public transport, but I walked nearly everywhere and felt very safe as a solo female traveller - great bars and shops nearby too.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast each morning was simple but with enough variety for all tastes. The staff was outstanding and attentive, always concerned if we were okay.
Our room was right on the street with large lovely windows. Even though the B&B is located on a side street, there was a fair amount of street noise at night which could be tough for light sleepers (like me).

Very nice variety of options for breakfast. The room was very comfortable for two people and provided lots of space, lighting, TV entertainment and air conditioning. The neighborhood is beyond amazing with lots to do and see, yet calm and quiet for relaxing.
The bathroom shower door did not completely close, therefore it was a very wet on the floor. Very easy to fix, so this issue is very minimal. Overall, amazing place to stay in Lisbon.

This is the third time we have stayed here. It is a beautiful old house with high ceilings in a very nice neighborhood. There are plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance and theres a very nice square to hang out in a block away. Francisco and the rest of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They really make the stay special!

Really lovely place to stay for our time in Lisbon. Quiet, comfortable, lovely staff, walkable to lots of delicious places to eat. I would say definitely walk down to Magnolia (About 5-10mins down the hill from the place) as there is a lovely mini park there too. ONE POINT OF NOTE: They kindly arranged for a taxi pick up (on my request). They told me upfront it was EUR 35. However, to make others aware, a normal taxi from the airport is cheaper. and the metro even cheaper again! So I suggest doing that.
