The Apartment was comfortable and close to a Train station and metro line.
There was no one in attendance give us entry and show us the facilities. We had an issue with the door lock and after phoning received instructions via email on how to open the door. This was not ideal as it took quite a time to be resolved. We also did not like having a security deposit which we had to transfer to them for it to be returned 10 days after we left the property. Most security deposits are held with the cash not actually being transferred. We thus incurred additional transaction fees both ways and were exposed to currency fluctuation risks.

Great communication with the staff!
It was spacious for our family (my husband and I and 2 kids).
Its a nice modern apartment in a quiet area with heaps of great restaurant.
There is a supermarket at a minute walking from the place, literally around the corner! Super convenient!
It is also very close to the metro station and if you are by car, theres a parking area down the building.
We couldnt find a drying rack, but this was such a minor thing. Totally not a big issue!

After a long and very tiring trip in these days of COVID, it was wonderful to walk into a very impecably clean apartment. All instructions were very easy, everything worked perfectly and the location was perfect. In our case, it was very close to the Hospital we had to go to and in the area was everything we needed. If this visit had been at a different time, it would have also been perfect to get to all the sights in Lisbon. It was home away from home!!
The only thing I did not like was their policy of "no refund". We paid an extra night due to the necessity of COVID testing before traveling, however, we received the test very quickly and could make our regular flight home, we ended up not needing the extra night and left 1 day earlier, but even with that explanation, our extra night payment was not refunded.
