The location is simply perfect next to tram stop 28 and a few steps from the metro station Baixa-Chiado. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast especially the fresh bread. The apartment is very clean and there is daily cleaning service. You can really relax and make your daily trips in the beautiful Lisbon.

A charming and well equipped home away from home in a safe and historical area. This is my second stay at Officina Real and third stay at an Almaria property. With Fresh bread delivered every morning, and eggs, ham, cheese, sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes stocked daily, we were off to a wonderful start every morning. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, pepper and salt. Theres a washing machine with pods provided, and lovely friendly people to talk to whenever you need help. All this plus personal extras ! Almaria remains my favourite place to stay.

Excellent and super clean apartment in the central location. The breakfast is prepared for you every day in the fridge and it includes fresh vegetables and bread. Cleaning is perfect. The apartment has all the possible amenities. Check-in is easy and fast even if you arrive late. Staff is lovely and easy to communicate. We absolutely love it!

Very professionally run apartment building. Perfect location in the center; yet quiet at night. Spotlessly cleaned every day. Loved the breakfast left in the fridge and fresh bread delivered every day. Pedro in the reception was very friendly and helpful!
Nothing to dislike; more like a suggestion for improvement: add a shelf in shower for e g shaving stuff and a shelf under the sink for toilet bags.

Everything is just great, location, the facilities, everyhting works perfect. Breakfast is deliver the afternoon before, so you can prepare it next morning. We really enjoyed our stay, right in the center of Lisbon.
Maybe they can offer bathtubs or baby chairs.

This is our second stay in this property in the last 4 years. The Location, Room Facilities and Cleanliness of the Unit were of the highest order on both occasions. And the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of Eduardo in Reception were absolutely incredible. Nothing was a problem. Amazing spot and amazing staff.
