Location was supreme, hotel desk and concierge were both very accommodating and knowledgeable. My wife wasnt feeling well upon arrival and front desk found us a room despite arriving early and upgraded us!

The welcome from the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to provide us with joined rooms which is so important for us with two young children. They had prepared special colouring pages, colour pencils, soft toys and treats for the kids. This extra warmth and hospitality is what elevates the service and standard of a hotel - so huge kudos to the hotel team.
Pillows were uncomfortable because they werent firm enough.

Great Location, walking and subway close to many things you will want to see. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was great, quickly shifted to English once we arrived, as we have no 2nd language. Bellman - Ricardo and the Concierge (who's name I didn't record) were VERY attentive in helping us navigate the area. Bar is a bit pricey, though the pour was generous:). Hostess quickly picked up on our nightly game of cribbage and that we need shade, always greeting and seating us at a table that worked well for our nightcap. We returned two weeks later, to stay before flying home. We were remembered and greeted warmly, placed in the same room overlooking the street with a balcony.
We don't really have any negatives, while a bit pricey location and staff make it worth it.

We loved the location, the breakfast was by far the best, and the staff especially Leonora. Being in the heart of the city let us explore via walking every day. We literally did every YouTube video of what to do in Lisbon in 24 hours
The parking fee was a lot and the shower had to curtain so it was hard to keep water in.

The location is amazing, center to everything but the staff is what makes this place AMAZING. Theyre so hospitable and remember you and are beyond helpful. I was traveling alone and they gave me great recommendations for places to go and things to do.
