Overall pleasant stay. Good location and attentive staff. Gym and spa very useful for us.
Room felt a bit outdated and “tired”. Not enough coat hangers and drawers fell to the floor when opened. Not enough storage space for 2 of us.

The location is superb. It is in prime location next to Famous Avenida da Liberdade. It’s 10 min by car or taxi to Chiado the famous Lisbon down town area. The customer service and the staff is so amazing.
The property is little outdated.

Breakfast was excellent and varied. Location excellent! Considering that a double reservation was made by mistake , the hotel decided to refund the part of money, I hope that they will really fulfill it.

The hotel was exceptional. I need daily access to a good gym and this was excellent. (I think the hotel undersells this) I found the staff friendly from the doormen to reception. I appreciated calls from the customer service asking if all was ok. I will return.

The staff members were exceptionally attentive, providing original services to children, such as for example, a popcorn maker. They even made an effort to deliver a birthday cake and bottle of sparkling wine.

Liked the style, and the staff were amazing - helpful and friendly.
Location is a bit of a walk to the main central area. Also due to location it was very quiet - we dined in the rooftop restaurant which has amazing views and probably 100 seats and there were about 8 people there. Pool area needs a bit of a makeover.

The staff made us feel home, they were exceptional! The hotel facilities and location were excellent. We tried their two restaurants and the bar , and we ennoyed them every time! Highly recommend it!
