The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our rooms provided a beautiful view, were quiet, and well appointed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the food choices were great. We also really enjoyed the coffee machine! We greatly appreciated the room upgrade for our friend to place her room next door to our room. It is these actions that set your hotel apart from others. Thank you.

The room is small but cosy. There is a coffee machine, kettle, tea. The location is very good, everything is close by. The staff are excellent, friendly and always willing to help.
There was an unpleasant damp smell in our room. The hotel was under renovation and it was stressful when we wanted to rest.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite.
Annoying humming machine noise during the night. Did not sleep well. I am not sure what was causing the noise but it was exterior. Although there was a coffee area, there was no milk. I don't think the TV had the Netflix app. The mini bar had beer but no wine. The entrance is like a building site off the main avenue.
