Reception Staff and the manager they were very polite and helpful,
The apartment was very old and looked dirty and not like pictures at all, we booked for 3 nights and stayed only 1 night, but the reception staff and the manager they were very polite and helpful and they helped to get refund for the other 2 nights very fast

Room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was close to public transport and the Hop On Hop Off bus. Tickets were available at the hotel.
Floor in the room was uneven and was screwed down rather poorly and there was no kitchenette as advertised (when we asked, they gave us free breakfast). The floor was a smoking floor, but fortunately the room didn't smell off smoke and was very clean.
