The staff are amazing,the breakfast was great and the room was clean.
The bed was uncomfortable ,the breakfast area is very small and cramped and the bathroom in our room was very small.

The staff is superb--extremely warm and helpful. We missed our check-out time by accident and they packed us perfectly and stored our luggage--so sorry to inconvenience them! Breakfast was wonderful.

This property was perfect for our city break in Lisbon. Situated ideally for main squares fado restaurants & trips. So clean & the breakfast is a must if you stay here. Will definitely be back.

Charming house was a beautiful tiny house with a friendly staff. The room was extremely clean and modern. We got good recommondations for the area and for the restaurants nearby.
You could hear the traffic from the street to the room a bit, but it wasn't too bad and didn't disturb us.

Realy loved our stay!
We arrived very early due our night flight. We could not go to our room yet. But they let us enjoy the breakfast for free that day, and contacted us on whatsapp when the room was ready.
Breakfast was perfect! The people that worked there where super kind! Room was beautiful with lovely Rituals products!
Room was a little small, but for a couple of day’s it does not matter when you only need the room to sleep and shower. Maybe only missed some extra place to hang like jacket. So not only a closet. And maybe a little fridge.
Hope to be back some day when it’s hot enough to use the swiming pool! ;-)
Maybe place some names from the food at the breakfast. So people can see what’s in there and maybe some allergies.
Like juice of the day, not only name it like that but also tell us what’s in it? :-) ofcourse you can ask, but not everyone likes to ask everything.

Dear Lisbon has a very authentic/cozy vibe to the whole place, from the garden, to the entrance and rooms. The breakfast was excellent, quality goods all around! The staff was very polite and helpful, they helped us book two dinners and gave us a note on our bed everyday, with information of local happenings in Lisbon.
The location is quite a walk from the main attractions, and is located at a higher elevation. But this wasn’t a bit problem for us, and considering the value of this place, it is totally worth it.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Service was outstanding - we received handwritten notes for check-in and check-out. The hotel is very cute and has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
