Exceptional
It truly is a charming house, and so were the staff. The building itself is quite old (in a historic district) but everything inside is modern, stylish, and well looked after. Our room (with balcony) was light, bright and very comfortable. There’s a small pool in the courtyard but it was too cold in December for us to sample, but we did admire the small garden. Breakfast was very good. The staff so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, charming, little hotel. Nice design and very, very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was a bit too small but it was enough for a longer weekend with an aim to sightsee during the day.

Location is good - in a hipster and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes, the rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet with fair selection of eggs, salad, breads, fruits and oats/cereals.
The walls and ceilings are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything your neighbour is up to - especially upstairs.

Great location. Felt like nice boutique hotel.
Breakfast was simple but nice.
Staff were mostly very nice but on last day when we left our bags and came back to get and had to repack in lounge (for about 10 mins!) they were obviously a bit unhappy which I thought was a bit ungracious. This is feedback for staff and overall it waa good and would go back.
