The best is location, it was close to everything; the staff is friendly and rooms are clean
Rooms are so small that there isn't any place to sit and write a letter or to even place for two chairs; also the price for the breakfast is 20 euro per person, which is too much, the good thing is that there are plenty of small places to eat @ good price

The breakfast was very good with many choices. We had to leave very early two mornings for excursions and the hotel provided us with a take away breakfast which was very welcomed and convenient. The front desk was very helpful. Giving us lots of suggestions about excursions and arranging taxis for us.

Location is fairly central with nice views. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was fine. Overall it's a nice, small hotel with comfortable beds. There's a grocery store and a great cafe just across the road.
Location may not suit everyone as it's at the top of a steep hill so everything was a hike. Some unavoidable stairs in this property & the rooms are pretty small. They use very stongly scented cleaning products which we found overwhelming so avoided housekeeping while we were there. The street is a bit noisy at night.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
This location might be a challenge for some. It's at the top of a steep hill, so going anywhere is a hike. Inside the hotel are some unavoidable stairs. Rooms are compact. This is basic accommodation.
They use very strongly scented cleaning products so we avoided any unnecessary housekeeping visits.

Wonderful hotel, would recommend to anyone traveling to Lisbon. Great location, close to both sights and transport.
Only *very* minor downside was that there wasnt a lot of room for storing clothes in the room.

Staff were so friendly and helpful that they couldn't do enough for us. The room decor was fabulous and modern, very comfy beds, with loads of environmental and sustainable practical ideas and lovely breakfast.
