Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent staff. The only negative was the lack of a bar in the hotel but there are many nearby.

OK, firstly, in my opinion, this hotel is in a great location, near the harbour with great access to the front of Lisbon and a short walk to loads of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you, whether it’s sorting the pool out for you or helping you with restaurant advice— they are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fabulous with a wide variety and also the ability to ask for fresh omelettes or Eggs Benedict, which is all included in the price. We even got coffee after we had checked out and were collecting our bags and waiting for our Uber, and they didn't charge!!
There is very little wrong with this hotel, if you are looking for an Olympic sized indoor pool then this is not for you, but as its small they have a reservation system which means its never crowded so you can't complain.

The hotel is the heart of the historic center of Lisbon. It is very close to every place we wanted to visit and also close to the metro for those further away places. The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful. Definitely would come back here during my next visit to Lisbon

The staff, the room, breakfast, location, view from a balcony. There's a pool area with saunas.

The hotel has very good location near the center, the old town and the shore. Breakfast was very good with fresh and tasty food. Only the coffee can be improved. The staff was very helpful.
Our rooms were not cleaned every day. The girl at the reception blamed us that we put Do-not-Disturb sigh on the door, which was not true.
