Very Good
I liked the room but I dislike the location of the room. The room was just like the pictures on Booking. The room was near the elevator and I want something with the view oft the city. They gave me a room with the view of the back of the building looking at an ugly backyard landscape.
I liked the cleanness
I liked the bed which was very comfy and spacious
I liked the size of the room and it had air conditioning
I liked 95% of the staff. I mainly like the guy was on duty when I left in the morning of April 16th. He was polite, well mannered, a gentleman and offered me a free breakfast before my check out. I don't remember his name, but the hotel should give a lot value to him. An excellent worker. I just saw him when I left the hotel.
I liked the cleanness of the room
The breakfast, but I wish they offered like fresh fried eggs and omelets...
I liked the location which was very central and near a supermarket and restaurants
Gonçalo, was a very helpful at front desk man and a good worker. It was nice chatting with him in Portuguese
The WiFi was excellent. Since I am a writer and professor I could do some work using the WiFi
I liked that the hotel TV had Portuguese language channels from Portugal and Brazil and also English language TV.
The shower was good, but the first day of my stay the shower was clogged. My first shower made a pool of water inside the shower. I thought is would flood the room. I told Leo a Brazilian working at the front desk and they fix it at the same day.
The noise of the elevator
The view from the room which was an ugly backyard. When I booked for the room, I sent a message telling them I want a room with a queen size bed with a view of the city
I disliked the attitude of one of the ladies working for the hotel. I will not mention her name to protect her identity
The lack of fried eggs and omelets for breakfast. I do enjoy fried eggs or a cheese omelet for breakfast. The breakfast was very good, but missing few good stuff. Maybe even I am of Portuguese origin I am an American and in the USA the breakfast always offers fresh fried eggs and omelets

The rooms facing the main street are noisy because of the fire brigade and the constant sound of sirens. In general the rooms are not well soundproofed as well.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff. Tasty and diverse breakfast with lots of fresh produce. Located near the metro and several bus stops for easy and covenient travel.

Very helpful staff at concierge. I needed to know the weight of my luggage to avoid charges in airport, they took my luggage to a backroom to weigh it for me - twice! It can't have been normal service, or the scale would have been in a public area.
No toilet brush in my bathroom. Toilet seat very close to wall where metal toilet roll holder is mounted. Sitting on toilet without scraping my leg against it was an acrobatic feat. Shower piping also rather old.
