Great location on the main boulevard in downtown lisbon. Food in the restaurant was excellent as well as all the hotel staff.
Hotel room was just ok. No hot water for our early morning shower.

The hotel was great in every way, great location with endless shops and restaurants within a very close proximity but outside of the hustle and bustle of the city itself.
A great room which was a very generous size and well equipped.
A great bar/restaurant area with a lovely garden/terrace area to be able to enjoy alfresco dining and evening drinks.
Great staff who genuinely did EVERYTHING for you with a smile.
If you enjoy a bit of high end shopping as part of a break, this hotel is soo close to all of the designer shops.
All in all a fabulous hotel in a gorgeous city.

Location and it was well kept
The rooms were decorated with not very practicle furniture and walls painted too dark, as in black, I assume an interior decorator did his best to give it a special modern contemporary style,
Breakfast restaurant tables do not have enough space in between, not provinding enough privacy in the morning, too close to other people, Don t want to listen to other peoples conversation in the morning at close range. Breakfast selection is good, however the coffee and tea takes a while which is not done in supposedly 5 star Hotel
It might be 5 star, but not 5 star luxury like Waldorf Astoria, Certain employees need more luxury hospitality training

Loved just about everything. Staff couldnt have been nicer, nothing too much trouble.
Courtyard dining area for wonderfully relaxed breakfasts. Ate here one evening and food was superb.
Nothing that we didnt like. Slight issue when we booked in as we had booked for Deluxe room with balcony and with walk in shower. We were originally given a room in the annexe with regular bath. Whilst this room was nice we got the feeling it wasnt really a deluxe. Reception phoned our room to see if everything was okay. (Did suspect really to see if we would just accept it) . Once we explained we werent too impressed we were swiftly moved into the main hotel and into a room which matched what was shown when booking. Its a pet hate of mine, you book to stay in advertised hotel not an annexe.

The location is fabulous for tourists, especially if they are new to Lisbon. I regularly visit Lisbon, but I recommend it for sightseers. Also, my room was huge with some of the best pillows ever in a hotel room.
The outside dining patio was lovely, but there was such a demand for tables the waiter took away all my food and drink way before I was done. Also, the other negative is taxis and Ubers are difficult to get at the location due to changes to Avenida Liberdade.

Pleasant staff, nice room slippers, big room, free parking, location.
No menu given at breakfast, had to go to find people to order coffee.
The room was very expensive for what it was.
Sound insulation from next rooms bathroom pipes not good (room 104-105).
