Ismael the concierge gave us an excellent introduction to all the modern controls in the room and advice on navigating Lisbon. The music concept is all the way through the hotel and into the rooms, really original. The beds were very comfy, excellent air conditioning and the shower was the most.powerful, even on the 6th floor. The bar man Hugo made excellent cocktails and the view was sensational.
As other reviews had mentioned, the toilet door hardly kept any privacy.

Staff super helpful , beds comfy , fresh bottled water everyday . Thank you Ismel for sharing your go to place to eat away from the tourist prices. You were amazing ! Lucky Fenix music hotel. Swimming pool a bonus when it’s hot . Location perfect lovely walk down into the city.

Really relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and shower was amazing. Having Bluetooth speakers you can connect to and play music was nice. Hot items at breakfast could be doing with being kept a little warmer. Scrambled egg in particular was a bit hit and miss.

Lovely stay -very comfortable, quiet and dark rooms. Good location very close to a metro stop or a 20 minute walk to the old town along a tree lined avenue. Friendly and helpful staff. Quirky fun themed rooms.

It was my third time staying at this hotel and once again it met my expectations. Smooth check-in process, friendly staff, perfect location. The room was super spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and great view to Parque Eduardo VII. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and when I returned to my room I was met with a little treat which was lovely and very thoughtful.

The rooms were brilliant and modern for our stay. We loved the interactions with the staff and a massive shout out to Hugo at the bar who gave great insight to the city and general life.
My only quirk was we felt the breakfast was very basic and not well attended. Range was limited and didn’t fully compliment the high standards of the room

Location : perfect - just go down the road to reach the heart of the city ( 20- 30 min , depending on your pace ). Also, it feels safe , it's bright around. Cafe , restaurants nearby. All of the fancy fashion shops 5 - 10 min walk from the hotel.Metro practically at the doorsteps. Staff: very polite and helpful Cleanliness: rooms are very clean, daily cleaning service provided , fresh towels etc. They even folder my daughter's pyjamas
