Spacious rooms and nice location. Staff is super friendly
We stayed for a week and breakfast was almost the same everyday and we got bored by day 4. Also not many options for vegetarians. This is a bit of nitpick but they could have done without the separation between the bathroom and the toilet- it made it feel cramped

The bed and pillows. I am rarely able to get any sleep when abroad. The room is quite compact (small) but the layout of the room utilizes available space to the max

The hotel was clean and in a great location for getting about the city Rubin in the breakfast area was great although the food was cold most mornings the bar was a real letdown as no draft beer on plastic glasses which I would not expect in a hotel had a lovely stay
The bar was not good only a small selection of drinks and plastic glasses which I would expect at the pool but not the main hotel bar

Everything was perfect, exceeded our expectations. Especially the staff were super friendly . The location is also good, there are a lot of buses and 2 underground lines nearby.

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, very convenient location next to the Pombal metro station. I have stayed at one of these hotels before, and standards are very high.. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great location east for transport connections. Great staff, especially the breakfast room host - delightful ! Excellent choice of breakfast items.
Coffee at breakfast could have been better, not great flavour and one machine wasn’t working very well.

Great location Everything is walkable or metro is right on the doorstep Friendly staff Fantastic views from the rooftop pool The concept of the hotel is great lots of qwerky music themed bits The room was amazing with a playlist function and mood lighting and it was super soundproof from outside noise.
