Safe didnt work and was too small for laptop; booked double room but double bed was unavailable- would have changed to single room if that had been possible.

We loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. It went along with the feel of the Belem area. Its a great place to stay between Lisbon and Sintra.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.
No AC. VERY small room. Dirty rugs in ugly hallway. Warped floor boards in dining and lobby areas. Very poorly maintained exterior.

location breakfast The staff was exceptional, the did everything they could to make out stay pleasant.
Rooms (2) needed maintenance on exterior bathroom windows. Rooms 303/306 had windows that did not close properly. this was a safety and security issue. The room rugs were soiled and the hall rugs were not 4 star quality. The facility needs an update.

The location and price
The hallways had an usual, factory smell. Our room also smelled but smelled like food. Our floors were stained with food and wine and other dirt. The bathroom window was broke. In summary, the hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel
