The staff was friendly.
The rooms. Not really clean, no cupboard. We lived from the suitcase on the floor. In the third night water was on our whole floor , the toilet was not ok.

Wonderful
System of the hotel was good, hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.
Everything was good, maybe it would be better if there were olives and cheese for breakfast. It is not easy to appeal to different cultures, but we would expect some olives in the olive country.

Nothing, really. Just the staff were regular. Not super nice, but they helped as much as they could.
Where to start? So many things. As soon as you arrive, the first impressiion is that the room is slovenly and has nothing to do with the pictures on the website that are way better than in reality... with pieces of the floor torn out. The balcony had no protection, and it connnected to fire stairs. No cute details or motives to create a certain environment. Just a cemented balcony with 2 plastic chars. I could hardly fit in the shower., the beds are the cheapest option that was found, they are super uncomfortable and the pillows even worse! But the worst part was really the noise. No one respects the house rules and the staff is also bot making sure that people are complying. So I woke up several times during the night with people talking loud in the hallways, babies crying, you can hear everything due to the thin walls. The breakfast was terrible. Just white bread with nutella or butter and a very bad coffee. No vegan options, of course, even though it's 2023. I totally regret having stayed there. All this for 100 euros per night (1 double room with toilet and 'balcony'. I don't recommend to anyone and I am not going back, obviously.

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything. They had a small pool in the back yard ... that's a bit positive at least.
Some staff were rude and treated us arrogantly for no reason; we were well-behaved and polite. We are a family, wife and husband in our 40s with a 5-year-old child. The staff discussed their house rules and lectured us about this and that. Rules are fundamental in this place, especially the rules about the elevator. It felt like being in preschool. I later understood that this place is used to host mostly teenagers going on school trips. The breakfast was a disaster: toast and jam, coffee, juice, and some cheap cereal and milk. Not even cheese they had, not to talk about eggs or ham. We ate breakfast one day only during our 7-day stay. The overall impression of this place was not welcoming, and the rooms were substandard and not as clean as they should be. The impression from the rooms was the opposite of cosy, warm and welcoming. The whole building was quite time-worn. And let's end this review with a funny anecdote: When we arrived and I ordered a beer in the reception bar, the girl in the bar wanted a 1 EUR (refundable?) deposit for the cup. And she told me I needed to keep this cup and use it the whole week. I asked if I was supposed to only drink from this cup the entire week. She said I could change it if it needed to be washed. However, I think the girl in the bar may have misinterpreted this rule because the day we checked out and I returned the cup I guarded with my life all week, the guy in the reception said it was mine to keep. So the cup is now at home with me in Prague.

Very good located, super close to metro station, shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast included, wi-fi working fine, a/c available in the room. Very helpful personnel.
Kind of low cost breakfast, towels extra paid (but it seems like standard nowadays, that everything is extra paid and very less is included in price :|), the common kitchen should be cleaned up more often.

Staff rudeness. Check in / out timing. Lifts are really bad, overall experience was not good at all. Never going back there.
