Pleasant
Some of the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The location was closed to were I was working. Good gym facilities and we did pay extra to visit the spa - and it was very clean and well kept.
We experienced both a broken window and a broken air conditioner during our stay. It took multiple visits to reception before any action was taken. The wait for the window to be fixed was lengthy, leaving us with no choice but to sit at the bar late into the evening—a complimentary drink would have been appreciated, but nothing was offered.
Despite repeatedly reporting the broken air conditioning throughout the day, it wasn’t until much later that we were finally moved to another room. Initially, we were told it would be a downgrade, which we accepted, but at the last minute we were upgraded instead. By then, however, it felt like too little, too late—we were already quite fed up with the whole experience.
At no point did any of the reception staff offer an apology for the inconvenience.

nicer if hotel slightly closer to downtown but then the area around the hotel is worth exploring and two metro stops nr the hotel so convenient to get in and out the main tourist hotspots

Perfect location, the rooftop bar was good. Cleaners came once a day. Mod cons in the room. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from.
Room was very small & you weren't allowed eat anything that wasn't purchased from the rooftop bar.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the reception desk, waiters at the restaurant to the cleaning ladies.
Very good breakfast as well as buffet dinner, great choice and tasty food.
Nice fitness room and rooftop pool with a nice view.
Parking available at the hotel with reduced rate for hotel guests.

The food was very delicious. The location was perfect. Close to the airport. Clean and tidy spacious rooms and every day had cleaners to change the towels and sheets. The staff was so polite and helpful. Recommend it! My son loved the swimming pools

The room was super clean, with walk in shower, large bedroom area and bathroom, and a window that opened to fresh air. It was a great place for our 6 day stay in Lisbon as we could easily hop on the bus to museums, markets and galleries or walk to them.
The wifi was not as good as other places we have stayed as the security was rated as weak so our anti virus protection kept bumping us off our equipment - we ended up purchasing data ourselves through our phone provider and hotspotting. When we first arrived the front desk promptly sent someone up to look into the issue but they said nothing could be done. So we just put it down to one of those infrequent travel inconveniences.

The new cocktail menu was fab the rooms were spacious and very clean. The rooftop pool and bar was fab on a nice day
Some of the staff were very laxy dazy we had to ask for an iron 3 times we asked at reception and were told they would drop it up then we had to call them twice after that chasing it. The br service was slow ut the cocktail menu had only been introduced so they were only getting used to it. There was no rush on service with staff talking to other staff and answering phones while serving causing a slow service. It is about 20mins from the main area for tourists so if you don't mind using uber I would recommend
