Friendly staff
Room was clean and welcoming.
On a one way street - very narrow.
Had trouble with uber and taxi pick ups because of this. Uber will get re routed to a different pick up point.

The location was great, and the hotel was clean. I also appreciated the complimentary mini bar that was restocked daily. This was a very nice and helpful detail!
My room was on the first floor near the spa reception and it got rather noisy. I felt the hotel breakfast was decent but the hot options were not good and could use improvement.

The room was immaculate, the shower and bed really great. The hotel is in the perfect location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even upgraded my room and gave me champagne when they found out it was my 50th birthday! The dinner at the lovely roof top bar was excellent too, as was the buffet breakfast. It was a wonderful experience and I would gladly go back.
Honestly, it was perfect. The room could use a full-length mirror though.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. A real treat for us. Great breakfast and dining room with neautiful view on the city. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast.

The staff were 10/10. As a solo traveller they made me feel like I was at home. Yasoja mentionable did an excellent job. I certainly will be recommending this spot to anybody visiting Lisbon. The people and facilities were great as were the location. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

This hotel is for sure one i will come back to. Really nice and clean with friendly staff.
But the openong hour of rhe facillities are just horrible if you are there on business or just want your workout done early. Could have more free weights alos.

I had a great stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room itself was a little small but they still managed to make it nice. I had a little problem with a leak in the shower but they fixed it immediately.
