This was my favourite stay in Portugal. I loved the interior, the staff were accomodating and fabulous especially Marianna at reception and the restaurant manager.

Good location to get to most places in central Lisbon. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed but a bit squeaky. Good shower. Decent selection for breakfast.
Squeaky bed and some noise from people upstairs walking around.

Location
We stayed there a year ago and liked it a lot. This time the room wasnt as nice. Last year there was a small bottle of wine and some cheese in the room. This year there were cookies. The coffee from the machine and in the carafes was not good. Using a code for 3 different doors to get in was not convenient.

The room we had was very nice but close to the breakfast area and therefore quite noisy from 7 am in the morning.
We missed laundry facilities at the hotel. We found a great one nearby: Laundry & Luggage Pessoas!

Very helpful and super friendly staff. Camilia and Gabriella were amazing and offered continuous help communicating with the airport to retrieve our lost luggage.
The flooring in our room was noisy, made crackling sounds in some places which woke us up during the night if someone had to go to the bathroom

Very pretty place, well located. Nice rooms, amazing breakfast. Comfy areas to hang out. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. You can leave your luggage before and after checkin/checkout, which is very convenient and a lot of places don't do. I found it a bit pricey but Lisbon is pricey.
My only suggestion would be to find a solution for the shower. That curtain doesn't work and it even makes the whole shower experience dangerous - besides wetting the floor. The bathtub is amazing to use as such, but the shower doesn't work as it is.

Great central location, amazing and caring staff, nice and clean room, well-maintained equipments in the rooms and good food (we had breaki included). We arrived slightly later than expected and the receptionist kindly waited for us. They served amazing pastries as welcome stuff and also offered their amazing cheese and wine during our stay. The surprise came when the amazing receptionist, Camilla, offered us a bag of food for breakfast as we told her we will leave very early to the airport. They definitely go beyond their usual responsiveness and make you cheerful with some small touches which makes me want to go back there asap. Absokutely amazing experience and highly recommended.
I prefer somehow more sunlight inside my room.
