I liked the location, friendly staff, and upscale rooms.
The shower opened right into the sleeping area so no privacy when staying with friends, not as a couple.

Location, friendly staff.
Too many light switch buttons, very confusing - we struggled to set all the lights off before bed. Shower drainage was bad and also leaking into the floors room. Soaps and shampoo dispensers were half full - not a pleasant feeling when entering a hotel room.

The decor is really cool gold finish sink, faucet, etc.
The water was hot from the shower.
The room size was comfortable for two people and one large suitcase each.
Noise control was very good and the doors seem exceptionally crafted for this.
The bed was comfy and clean.
Some people should be careful with the heavy room for and when closing the door there was an extra push needed to close it completely.

Absolutely loved this hotel. They allowed me to check in early which was great. The room was gorgeous, super clean, and very spacious. The location is also perfect. No street noise at night as most of the surrounding stores close around 7-8 pm. Only a 6 min walk from Rossio Square which was easy for me to meet my tour guides and catch cabs.
Considering how cool the room looked with the TV in the mirror I wish it was a smart TV with the ability to Chromecast. Also, all the switches for the room were a little confusing at times, especially not being able to figure out how to turn off the street view light. Thankfully the blackout curtains covered the glow from the light, but wish you could switch that off.

Friendly helpful staff. Brilliant location. Very good breakfast. Attention to detail in room decor. Very clean.
Room a little small. Wouldnt be overly keen on bathroom layout. However, it was ok.
