This apartment was fantastic and even better than the pictures. Our welcome was quick and efficient. The room itself was large and comfortable. We especially appreciated the water and the welcome drink of Port wine. The bathroom was clean as was the room. The bed was fantastically comfortable, which isn't common for Portuguese beds. The location is convenient for restaurants and shopping. (We had our dogs with us and Zenith Brunch is right around the corner and extremely dog friendly.)
We hated that we were only in town for two nights and didn't stay longer.

Everything was great. Miguel helped us out with sugestions, our luggage after checkout and an ironing board.
We got the standard apartment. The room is very spacious and looks amazing. You feel as you are almost in a castle.
Very close to the center. 5 min walking distance from Rosio and about 10 minutes till the main city sqare.

I booked here because I wanted to experience the old world Portuguese style and we got it.
The furniture was a bit tired and the mattress was quite firm.

Spacious apartment in good location. It has an old-world charm. Miguel was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. His suggestions on shopping for ceramics were helpful. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Overall comfortable stay!

The room was gorgeous in a wonderful old building. Some fabulous restaurants in the same street, so not far to head home after a great meal. Handily placed for walking to the metro (very efficient, clean and easy to use)
or the city centre. Miguel is a very fine host and gave us numerous recommendations for our stay.

Mercador is located in the center of Lisbon, although it is isolated from busy and noisy parts of the city. It is located in a narrow street, where a lot of classic and hipster cafes/restaurants are nearby. The ALDI supermarket is literally across the building, only 10 meters away. It is very close to the lovely walking street Liberdade. The best thing about the place is architecture and interior design. The high ceilings with chic furniture, sculptures, chandeliers and the whole concept is lovely. You simply would like to be in the apartment. Wi-fi is fast the TV has casting option and you can log in with your streaming accounts (really handy if you have a little kid). The host Miguel was kind, replied our messages fast and came up with all types of suggestions, from restaurants to cafes, tips etc. He even gave us 2 restaurant recommendations for our last stop in south Portugal. So kudos to him, specially.
Almost nothing, only for the people who will travel to the place by rental car must be careful as the street is narrow and there are not many parking places on the street.
