It was in a great location - very close to the main train station so easy access for buses and trains to get to different points of Lisbon. Great staff too - everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with an amazing view too - loved the terrace buffet.

That was a nice stay, right at the heart of Lisbon. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They advised many beautiful places to visit. Literally made a plan for us for a few days with some useful tips from locals. Perfect breakfasts with an amazing view.

Very good location in the historical part of town Where traffic is restricted and there are beautiful trees outside the bedroom window which you can open, The rooftop breakfast room has a view of the whole city and you can sit outside to have breakfast,

very good breakfast with friendly staff, nice view from roof terrace and very very pleasant and helpful staff :-)
The room had no windows with a view outside - only 2 windows to the "balcony" where there was only a bricked area and 2 windows to the shaft. This was very uncomfortable.

As it was the last available I had a family room which was basically two double rooms with a large bathroom with shower although no bath but a good room with ample drawer space and coffee/tea making facilities Breakfast had a good assortment of both hot and cold dishes. Staff were all excellent friendly and accomodating.
Only criticism of the room could be that there were no windows so no views although there was a tiny terrace between the two bedrooms although unlikely to get used it did allow a shaft of daylight. A little bit of a nuisance needing to go between and wait for two lifts to/from the bedroom floors.

The rooftop setting for the breakfast (and bar) was our favorite. It overlooked the city and was very relaxing. A well prepared breakfast was also an added plus.
