we liked the architecture and style of the hotel and the staff were very nice . the location is also very good .Bed very confortable
in the room i suggest to improve the possibility to hang the towels during the shower . and put more storage for clothes

At the end of a four week trip around Europe this was our splurge. Fabulous hotel, friendly and helpful staff, sumptuous breakfast. Rooms are spacious and light filled with opening windows, bed linen was as soft as petals! So yum to curl up and sleep in.
Cleaning service came each day which was a lovely bonus. We had an issue with a noisy street side room the first night however staff were quick to rectify this and moved us to a quieter one the next morning.

This hotel is exceptional in all respects. We had Room 1 (the green room in the photographs) which is a spacious suite, airy and light. The large bathroom had twin sinks, a deep bath and large shower. Breakfast is really good with a good choice of food served to your table and a lovely coffee choice of course!. The staff are very friendly and helpful and helped us firm up our itinerary for our 4 night stay. Location is great being just a 5 minute walk from the metro at Intendente station and the fabulous Tram 28 stops right outside the hotel but it does get quite busy!
Very difficult to improve upon this experience.

Location was great. The tram stop was just in front of the hotel. The staff was absolutely fantastic and very polite. The hotel was charming and very clean.
The fact that there was no bathroom - well there was a shower in one corner and a toilet in the other. No privacy whatsoever. The room was just basic with no place to sit or put your luggage.

This was a very lovely place to stay. Being served breakfast at your table is really the cherry on the top. It was as we were told a home from home. Had a fabulous time in Lisbon and to stay at this place which had a very relaxing garden space was really very nice.
There was nothing that I could criticise.

We absolutely loved our long weekend stay here! Great room and decor, lovely breakfast and nice and quiet after spending days exploring the city. Special call out to the staff like Israel at reception as well as the restaurant staff, everyone was really helpful and kind! Great customer service.

Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

They have an on site restaurant. The building has been updated and the facilities are good.

The breakfast was delicious with a change of mixed fruit every day. The hotel was opposite the tram stop so no problem getting around and also only 5 minutes from the Metro. Our room was lovely and comfortable and no expense has been spared on the refurbishment of the building. The owners are a lovely couple and all the staff were very attentive. Would recommend to all my friends.
