Very Good
Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, good shower. Also has pool and a rooftop.
Bar shuts early and they didnt serve on terrace downstairs claiming bad weather but the next door Vicci hotel did. Could also have more bar staff.

Facilities, location and Spa were very good
Level of service was lacking for a 5 star hotel.
Evening dinner staff were inattentive and rushed because of larger group in restaurant. Dessert and coffee orders forgotten by Maitred.
Room plates remained uncleared despite request to clean room.

The location
Not good value for money. I felt the service was definitely not in line with other 5 star hotels I have been to. We went for our honeymoon and regret choosing it. A four star hotel would have been cheaper and probably same service level

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were so kind and even surprised my husband with a bottle of champagne and cake for his 40th birthday. The room and overall facilities were great. Location was amazing. It was a memorable stay and we cant wait to come back!

Located in a good area of Lisbon, 5 min from the subway and around 20min walk to touristic center.
The room i had was a decent size, though a bit tricky for 2 luggages.
I loved i had a balcony though it was kind of narrow and i was afraid not to drop my phone thru the fence protection.
Breakfast was tasty and with sufficient options depending on what you wanna eat.
When someone will slam the door a bit harder you could feel the walls shaking.
